High Productivity
By improving the driving action, the equipment speed is increased: By improving the suction/application driving action, the production capacity of 85,000CPH is achieved, the track transfer speed is increased, and the production line capacity is improved.
High-speed high-definition camera: The high-definition camera not only enables high-precision placement of Mini LED chips, but also high-speed and high-precision placement of Mobile PCB microchips (0402, 0603).
Through the successful development of the HM8mm B feeder, the component supply speed has been improved: the upgraded HM feeder has reduced the feeding time by 23% compared to the existing HM feeder.

High Reliability
Use the Side View camera to prevent missing parts and poor pick-up and placement: Prevent missing parts by checking the suction nozzle and the presence of passive components, and automatically compensate for height deviations caused by the thickness of the source device.
