CR-FAI955 Intelligent First Article Inspection Machine for SMT Production
CR-FAI955 is an AI-powered first article inspection (FAI) system independently developed by Joy & Done, designed to solve inefficiencies in SMT production line inspections. It integrates LCR bridge hardware with self-developed software, supporting inspections of solder paste boards, pertinax boards, and red rubber boards. With fast BOM/coordinate data import, automatic error detection, and 3-second-per-component testing speed, it eliminates manual errors, cuts labor costs, and ensures full traceability via auto-generated Excel/PDF reports. Compatible with ERP/MES systems, it efficiently detects BOM mismatches, missing components, wrong parts, and electrical performance issues of resistors, capacitors, and inductors.
